No Excuses Challenge

I’m taking applications for the next group – #NOEXCUSES. It’s so much fun to see so many new people get back into health and fitness this year and making it a PERMANENT habit. If anything, it’s my goal to help people get to the point where they start craving exercise and good food, because it fuels their body the right way. Because physical health has a ripple effect on everything else that they do, and because THEY CAN. #noexcuses
