Spring is almost here… YAY! The days are getting longer, the air is a bit warmer. If you’ve been in hermit mode with the cold weather like I have, now is the time to shed the winter weight and mentality. In our March Makeover Challenge Group, I’ll help get your mind in the right place so that you can have the best summer EVER!

With this group, my team of coaches and I will provide tips, advice, and support via a private invitation-only group within the My Challenge Tracker app. We’ll share recipes, menu plans, and daily accountability assignments designed to help you stay on track. You’ll log your fitness and nutrition, and if I notice you veer off track I’ll help you get back to where you want to be. And of course, there’s always fun and surprises along the way!
